YMCAs across the country will host this event which serves as an opportunity for kids and milies to Put Play in Their Day! This special event uses free, fun, engaging and creative activities to encourage children and milies to adopt behaviors that support a healthy lifestyle.

YMCA Healthy Kids® Day activities for kids and grown-ups will include healthy tips, brain games, health education, screenings, The stoner channel physical activities, and dance instruction sessions with actress/dancer Alyson Stoner, a Disney Channel star who has appeared in many films such as Camp Rock and Cheaper by the Dozen 1 and 2. The YMCA and JCC of Greater Toledo will host its annual YMCA Healthy Kids® Day in partnership with the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library and Fit For Life Toledo on Saturday, April 18 from 1:30 4:30 p.m. at Main Library, located at 325 Michigan St. in downtown Toledo. This rain or shine event is free and open to all area milies. Healthy Kids Day is the nations largest health day for children supporting the healthy growth and development of kids and milies.
